The affairs of the Multicultural Council are managed by a Committee of Management which is comprised of:
1. a Chairperson
2. a Senior Vice-Chairperson
3. a(one) Vice-Chairperson
4. a Treasurer
5. a Secretary
6. the immediate Past Chairperson
7. up to nine (9) committee members.

The full Committee of Management meets on average once every two months. In addition, the Executive of the Committee of Management (comprised of the Chairperson, Senior Vice-Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer) meets on the 1st Thursday of every month. There is also a full Council meeting on the 3rd Wednesday of every month. This meeting is for all member delegates as well as the Committee of Management, guest speakers and Government agency representatives.

An Annual General meeting is held each year. At this meeting auditors are appointed, and elections for committee positions are held.
